Wurus Art Jewelry is an ode to my late mother who left us 10 years ago on Mother’s Day. Growing up she was my muse. The beauty and elegance she exuded transcended through her accessories sparking my fascination with jewelry. Creating the brand is my way of honoring her memory.

Like with anything in life, motherhood has its joys, challenges, and everything in between. But one thing remains constant, the unconditional love and support a mother has for her child - no matter how grown. All we want is to raise good human beings, give them a solid foundation, and send them off into the world to stand on their own and soar.
Hats off to all the mothers who are doing it gracefully - every day (well, not always so gracefully, let’s be real!) Kudos to the mothers who have done it. A special tribute to the mothers who are no longer with us, but who are always in our heart and prayers, like my mother. I appreciate you always and forever.
